Avaloqs Solution Consulting team partners closely with Sales and Marketing to achieve ambitious regional growth through a consultative selling approach. We immerse ourselves in our clients business challenges articulate compelling solution narratives and take ownership of opportunities from initial discovery through solution design.
In this role youll engage with clients throughout their entire Avaloq journey-from first introduction through implementation-providing exposure to some of the worlds most recognized banking and wealth management brands.
Key tasks:
- Support the acquisition of new clients and drive upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Lead solution shaping including coordination with internal stakeholders such as Architecture Pricing Product Delivery and Technical Development teams.
- Organize and deliver impactful presentations and product demonstrations; develop storylines and value propositions in partnership with Sales and Product teams.
- Analyze and differentiate against competitive solutions; stay informed on relevant financial regulations and articulate their impact to clients.
- Manage RFI/RFP processes end-to-end ensuring high quality timely submissions
Qualifications :
- A proven track record in solution consulting pre-sales or a similar role-ideally within banking wealth management or fintech.
- Excellent interpersonal skills including cross-regional collaboration client-facing communication facilitation and negotiation.
- A consultative mindset with the ability to translate complex needs into clear compelling solution narratives.
- Ability to understand and communicate highly technical product details in a client-friendly way.
- Strong knowledge of banking and wealth management processes platforms and industry practices.
It would be a real bonus if you have:
- Knowledge of U.S. and global wealth management regulations.
- Experience with software development lifecycles or enterprise technology implementations.
