Job Summary
Team Leadership and Development
- Inspire lead and mentor team members to deliver exceptional service while fostering a supportive and positive workplace culture.
- Conduct regular team briefings and one-on-one check-ins to align goals and provide constructive feedback.
- Lead recruitment onboarding and training of staff ensuring all team members uphold The Woodspeens high service standards.
