Working Student, Sales Operations, EMEA Central

Were looking for a Working Student to join our EMEA Central Sales Operations team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced global environment while contributing to real business outcomes. Youll support our team with data analysis reporting and operational tasks while learning how a high-growth technology company operates. 

What Youll Do 

• Support pipeline and forecast reporting by gathering data and helping prepare insights for leadership reviews
• Assist with data quality and account management tasks including validating account information and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system
• Help prepare presentations and materials for Quarterly Business Reviews and other team meetings
• Contribute to ad-hoc analytical projects and support the team with day-to-day operational tasks 

Qualifications :

What Youll Bring 

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree programme in Business Economics Data Analytics or a related field
• Good working knowledge of Excel; familiarity with data visualization and AI tools (e.g. Power BI) is a plus
• Curious detail-oriented and eager to learn in a collaborative team environment
• Strong communication skills in English; German is a plus
• Available to work 20 hours per week
• Previous work experience in Sales Operations Finance roles is a plus
