Job Summary

We are looking for an experimented Brand Manager to join the ranks of Vantage Studios. Reporting to the Director of Global Brand Management for the Far Cry franchise you will contribute to shaping the global go-to-market strategy marketing tactics and supporting creatives for the marketing campaigns of the franchise. 
Your brand management expertise strong organizational skills and eye for details will empower the team members to design an ambitious and effective campaign. 

More precisely your missions will be the following: 

Build the Marketing Strategy 

  • Gather expertise from all project stakeholders and use game market & consumer data to enrich discussions and drive decisions ona global level. 
  • Build the marketing strategy based on the product offer consumer insights situational analysis and competitive insights. 
  • Share key information to expert cross functional teams and collaborate with them to build the full go-to-market plans for your games (Communications Content Creators ComDev Media Sales Partnerships etc). 

Coordinate and Execute the Go to Market Plan 

  • Consistently manage and execute Marketing Plan tactics ensuring flawless execution aligned with project goals. 
  • Ensure all tactics have clear KPIs aligned with business goals and encourage cross-functional teams to build their own KPIs. 
  • Act as the global source of truth on the brand and provide support across all regions to coordinate key local teams engagement. 

Create Original Content & Creatives 

  • Brief internal/external agencies and lead the production of diverse creative assets and activations like key visuals trailers and more in a ROI driven / agile mindset. 
  • Make assets and activations shine by leveraging all owned and earned channels to maximize their impact and by coordinating the paid media campaigns supported by impactful media creatives. 
  • Put together and follow up budgets and production schedules. 

Qualifications :

  • You have strong marketing experience as a Brand Manager and have already contributed to the strategic and operational support of major go-to-market campaigns. You are at ease working in an international context with remote team members. 
  • Rigorous tactful and creative you are a uniting force and have good communication skills. Fluent in English and French. 
  • Comfort in working in and navigating complex organizations and willing to learn how to work in a multi-national company. 
  • Hard skills: Experience working with key internal teams at all levels and mastering Ubisoft processes. Experience with MS Suite (PowerPoint Excel Teams SharePoint etc.) Photoshop skills helpful. 
  • Soft skills: research writing creativity collaboration communication organization adaptation to change presentation. 
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership and responsibility for projects. Anticipates problems marshals resources and does what it takes to get the job done. 
  • Follow the industry and regularly share key benchmarks that could help strengthen our strategies.
