We are now looking for a Growth Strategy & Operations Manager to help us structure scale and optimize our creative and growth operations.
This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and experience in consulting or project management who wants to work at the intersection of data process and creativity.
We are looking for a hands-on creative and tech-savvy Junior UGC Manager to fuel our growth this operational role you will manage the day-to-day production of User Generated Content acting as the bridge between our marketing goals and our network of creators.
You wont just manage content; you will build it from the ground up by sourcing talent writing killer briefs and leveraging Artificial Intelligence to automate workflows and supercharge our creative output. 1. Sourcing & Creator Management (Operational)
Identify scout and reach out to new UGC creators who align with our brand aesthetic and performance goals.
Handle the day-to-day communication with creators and agencies (negotiation onboarding contract management).
Maintain an up-to-date database of creators to ensure a steady pipeline of fresh content.
2. Creative Briefing & Scripting
Translate marketing concepts into detailed actionable creative briefs for creators.
Write engaging scripts and storyboards that hook users within the first 3 seconds.
AI Integration: Use AI tools (e.g. Gemini Claude) to rapidly ideate angles generate script variations and refine hooks.
3. AI & Process Automation
Implement AI-driven workflows to streamline the briefing and feedback process.
Set up simple automations (using tools like Zapier Make or internal scripts) to track creator deliveries and manage file organization.
Experiment with AI tools for visual inspiration or preliminary asset creation.
4. Quality Control & Coordination
Review incoming footage to ensure it meets the brief technical specs and brand guidelines before sending it to testing.
Coordinate with external agencies and internal editors to ensure deadlines are met.
Manage the feedback loop ensuring creators understand edits required to improve performance.
5. Performance Monitoring
Track the performance of shipped creatives on TikTok and Meta.
Identify trends (what hooks work which creators drive the best ROI) and feed these insights back into your next batch of briefs.
Experience: 02 years of experience in marketing social media or a creative role (internships and apprenticeships count).
AI Native: You are comfortable using AI tools (LLMs automation tools) to speed up tasks. You view AI as an assistant not a shortcut.
Social Media Savvy: You have a deep understanding of TikTok and Reels codes/trends. You know the difference between a native ad and a corporate video.
Operational Rigor: You are organized and can handle multiple creators deadlines and briefs simultaneously without losing track.
Copywriting Skills: You can write clear concise instructions and compelling ad scripts.
Analytical Curiosity: You arent afraid of Excel/Google Sheets and want to learn how to interpret data to improve creative work.
Screening Interview: 30 min video call (Focus on cultural fit and social media knowledge).
Use Case (Asynchronous): A practical test involving scriptwriting with AI and a mock creator search.
Debrief Interview: 30 min video call to discuss your thought process on the use case.
Final Interview: 1h on-site with the Head of Creative or VP Growth.
