Job Summary

Responsible for managing the complete recruitment process for direct and technical positions ensuring timely delivery of required talent on-time file submissions and developing new strategies for the recruitment function.

  • Candidate Management: Source screen and manage candidate pipelines throughout the recruitment lifecycle ensuring consistent communication and positive candidate experience.
  • Strategic Advisory: Actively advise executives and HR Business Partners on job profiles search channels selection procedures and talent market insights to support informed hiring decisions.
  • Performance Metrics: Prepare track and maintain recruitment KPIs including time-to-fill cost-per-hire quality-of-hire and candidate satisfaction scores to measure recruitment effectiveness.
  • Assessment Administration: Apply & coordinate technical tests interviews and evaluation sessions while maintaining compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and opportunities to optimize the recruitment process implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce hiring cycle times.
  • Employer Branding: Develop and execute recruitment marketing initiatives to strengthen employer brand awareness and attract high-quality candidates through various channels.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers department heads and HR teams to understand talent needs provide recruitment updates and ensure alignment on hiring priorities and timelines.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate recruitment records ensure adherence to employment laws and company policies and prepare recruitment reports for management review.

Qualifications :

Required Qualifications:

  • Fluent English proficiency (verbal and written)
  • 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment process management
  • Strong knowledge of talent management principles and practices
  • Technical recruitment background or experience recruiting for technical positions
