Job Summary
As part of our expanding data governance journey Smiths Group is looking for an early-career MDM Analyst who is eager to learn how enterprise data supports real business outcomes.
This role is ideal for someone at the start of their career who wants hands-on exposure to master data business processes and SAP systems while developing strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You dont need to be an expertwe value curiosity ownership and a willingness to learn.
What youll do
- Support day-to-day SAP master data activities including data entry validation and basic maintenance
- Assist with testing SAP processes end-to-end
- Learn how master data fits into real business workflows
- Help create and maintain documentation such as process flows and test scripts
- Participate in identifying data quality issues
- Support testing cycles and issue tracking
- Work across operational tasks and small project initiatives
- Follow data standards and governance practices
Qualifications :
- 02 years of experience or strong academic exposure to ERP systems or data
- Interest in data finance supply chain or operations
- Willingness to learn SAP FI SD and MM modules
- Comfortable working with structured data
- Strong attention to detail and curiosity
- Good communication and collaboration skills
