Job Summary
Vestcodes is looking for ambitious high-energy individuals to join us as Management Trainees (Grade 07). This is a hands-on internship designed for recent graduates or current students who are eager to master the art of business development and field sales.
You wont just be sitting behind a desk; you will be the face of Vestcodes meeting potential clients and offering business solutions that help them scale and outgrow their competition.
Tasks
- Product Mastery: Intensive initial phase learning our full suite of business solutions and products.
- Strategic Outreach: Use provided prospect data to initiate contact and build a pipeline.
- Client Engagement: Schedule and conduct in-person visits to business locations to present our value proposition.
- Consultative Selling: Identify client pain points and demonstrate how Vestcodes can accelerate their business growth.
- Reporting: Maintain records of meetings feedback and conversion progress.
Requirements
- Recent Graduates or Students looking for real-world corporate and field experience.
- Individuals with strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Candidates who are comfortable with local travel and face-to-face networking.
