Job Summary
LabCorp is seeking a Data Specialist II to join our team at Brigade Twin Tower in Bangalore.
Work Schedule
Rotating shift
Job Responsibilities
Lead data management during start-up.
Act as a data liaison between Clinical Data Management and all other Covance departments and business units.
Manage all client queries.
Assist in the identification and initiation of process improvement activities.
Create standard data transfer format(s) in compliance with client requests while adhering to both internal processes and regulatory standards.
Provide ongoing data management support during study maintenance.
Ensure uninterrupted client service.
Record data transfer activities and maintain protocol portfolios as required to track workload and productivity.
Work in collaboration with Clinical Data Manager personnel to assist in day-to-day activities as assigned.
Mentoring of new hires.
Quality review of teamwork for simple to moderate tasks.
Triage responsibilities for work assessment and work allocation.
Ability to support as an SME for training requirements.
Assisting the SME and manager in the preparation and maintenance of metrics for the entire team.
Represent the team in department-level meetings
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors or masters Degree
Preferred Qualifications
Engineering/ SQL /Informatica knowledge
