Job Summary
This role is for a Business Finance Analyst Sales Performance & Planning responsible for driving financial performance visibility enabling strategic decision-making through analytics and supporting business unit with forecasting reporting and process optimization.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Be a thought partner to the Cluster and Commercial Heads and enable execution of business strategy.
- Act as a Finance business partner for 2 verticals with a business size of 2000 Cr
- Partner with cluster/division heads in delivering planned profitability by providing analytics and generating actionable insights on revenue maximization & margin improvement.
- Enable periodic connects with sales and marketing teams to provide end to end visibility of financial KPIs associated to their business.
- Participate in monthly reviews with cluster/business head and present key highlights for the division.
- Perform external benchmarking pricing analytics and provide a long-term view on the division/verticals EBITDA and drive improvement of the same.
- Responsible for building and maintaining a robust sales and throughput database to support financial performance tracking and business insights generation.
- Review and monitor LE new launch performance Inventory OE spends new deals for the cluster.
- Provide Analytical support to business teams on need basis.
- Finalize annual budgets and LE along with cluster heads.
- Drive Profit improvement plans and productivity agenda of the business unit.
- Drive digital projects/automation to enable data analytics.
Qualifications :
Educational qualification: CA or Equivalent with 6 year of experience
Minimum work experience:
6 years of experience
Skills & attributes &Critical exposures
Functional Skills
- Sound business acumen.
- Familiar with data analytics tool like tableau Power BI etc.
- Flair for Big Data Analytics.
Behavioral Skills
- Analytical Precision Translates complex data into clear actionable insights that enable accurate forecasting and agile business decisions.
- Cross-Functional Agility Collaborates seamlessly with CFTs to integrate real-time trends streamline reporting and support strategic reviews.
- Improvement Orientation Drives performance visibility peer benchmarking and automation to unlock efficiency and support profitable growth.
- Should be self-initiator and sense of ownership for its deliverables.
- Should be adaptable and flexible.
