Job Summary

Our business has been steadily growing and with it the demand for psychology services to support our participants. We are looking for a board approved supervisor would enjoy the flexibility of a part time role either for two or three days per week to help guide and mentor our provisional and junior psychologists. 

As an internal supervisor we are looking for someone who can take on the following key tasks:

Provision of Individual supervision where you meet once a week with your supervisees to review their clinical practice discuss case files provide guidance around professional development assignments and progress them towards registration.

Provision of group supervision meeting regularly with your allocated groups and facilitate a space for interns to reflect on their practices and work through client cases. 

Revision of clinical case files to ensure compliance and best practice.

This role would be ideal for a Psychologist looking to supplement their external treatment work with either two to three days of supervisory work within a stable and growing organisation that can offer career development community and purpose. NDIS experience is essential in this role.
