About the Project
Lumsden Point is a major infrastructure development designed to enhance port capacity and connectivity in Western Australia. The project involves complex structural works requiring innovative solutions and a strong focus on safety and sustainability. ACCIONA is proud to deliver this transformative project that supports regional growth and global trade.
About the Opportunity
As the Concrete Supervisor you will lead daily delivery of concrete works across designated work fronts. You will coordinate crews and subcontractors monitor quality and ensure safe efficient progress. You will work closely with the Structures Engineer Site Manager and key project stakeholders to meet program and hold high standards across all structural activities.
What are the key accountabilities for the position
- Oversee day to day structures delivery
- Drive safety across all work fronts
- Inspect works and maintain quality records
- Coordinate crews plant and subcontractors
- Track progress and support program delivery
- Resolve site issues and escalate risks
- Support prestarts permits and daily planning
Required Skills and Competencies
- Experience in civil and structural delivery using concrete
- Ability to lead crews and subcontractors
- Strong focus on safety and quality
- White Card
- Relevant tickets for site supervision
