Inside Sales Representative- Northern VA area
Are you a dynamic relationship builder with a proven track record of transforming connections into strategic business opportunities HazTek is looking for a highenergy Inside Sales Representative who loves engaging with customers creating opportunities and playing a key role in company this role you will help fuel HazTeks expansion by finding new customers and strengthening existing relationships generate leads qualify opportunities and collaborate with a dynamic sales team and leverage marketing initiatives and industry insights to position HazTek as a trusted leader in safety services.
- Strategically map and engage key industry decision makers to identify and cultivate high-potential business opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with existing customers to generate repeat business.
- Engage prospective and current clients through consistent outreach.
- Collaborate with sales team members to develop tailored strategies.
- Respond quickly to customer inquiries.
- Convert inbound prospect calls.
- Communicate HazTeks services pricing and value.
- Qualify leads and set appointments.
- Follow up on promotions and initiatives.
- Log customer information in CRM.
- Prepare proposals.
- Stay informed on industry developments.
- Support tradeshow efforts.
- Support broader sales goals.
Qualifications
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 5 years of proven customer-facing experience in B2B sales or client relationship management demonstrating a consistent track record of exceeding sales targets and building long-term client partnerships.
- 3 years sales experience.
- Experience with prospecting appointment setting CRM systems and sales techniques.
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Experience generating new business managing a client book construction industry experience and safety industry knowledge.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Ability to qualify opportunities and build rapport.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Strong multitasking and organization.
- Positive enthusiastic demeanor with a solution-oriented mindset and resilience in dynamic sales environments.
- Works independently and as part of a team.
- Availability MondayFriday 8AM5PM occasional after-hours needs.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- MUST LIVE IN Northern VA AREA
- Indoor work environment.
- Ability to sit for extended periods.
- Regular phone/computer use.
