This position serves as primary support for multiple systems and customers related to City of Seattle public safety departments. Many of the systems supported by our team are critical to public safety and to our citys first responders.
We collaborate closely with members of the Seattle Fire Department Seattle Police Department and the Community Assisted Response & Engagement (CARE) team to provide essential support to the systems they utilize daily. We rely on our ability to build strong relationships with our customers as well as other teams within Seattle ITand other parts of the city infrastructure. Excellent communications skills are necessary.

Salary
The full salary range for this classification is $54.81 - $82.28 per hour. The salary range for this position has been identified as $70.00-$73.00 per hour based on experience.

Telework Expectations
This position offers flexibility of a hybrid work schedule. Hybrid telework schedules have a minimum requirement of three days onsite per week which is subject to change at any time at the Mayors discretion. Individualschedules are based on operational needs and agreement between the employee and their supervisor.
