Your mission
As our Line Expert you will be the technical backbone of our highly automated filling operations. You arent just operating machinery; you are ensuring the precision safety and efficiency of a state-of-the-art pharmaceutical production line.
Your areas of responsibility include:- Executingthe end-to-end operation of advanced filling systems within a cleanroom environment including complex equipment changeovers and the integration of new container formats.
- Leadingequipment setups and technical troubleshooting by evaluating the criticality of issues and performing interventions strictly within regulatory frameworks.
- Drivingqualification and validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) and managing the re-qualification of new formats to ensure the line remains audit-ready.
- Actingas the primary point of contact for internal maintenance teams and external contractors during facility shutdowns.
- Mentoringand training production staff to foster a culture of technical excellence on the shop floor.
- Authoringand managing critical production documentation in full alignment with GMP standards while proactively identifying workflow optimizations.
- Working within a flexible shift model that provides variety without the requirement of regular weekend shifts.

- A technical degreeor completed apprenticeship backed by a proven track record in industrial pharma and cleanroom operations.
- A natural aptitudefor automated systems and electronics with proficiency in compounding systems autoclaves and industrial washing units.
- The ability to thrivein dynamic fast-paced environments and pivot quickly when priorities shift.
- Strong communication skills acting as a collaborative partner who values collective success and continuous improvement.
- Professional fluency in German which is essential for this role.
