We are seeking a motivated Marketing Intern to join our team for a 6-month term hybrid model with the possibility of extension. This role is an excellent opportunity for an emerging professional to gain comprehensive hands-on experience in a dynamic environment and actively contribute to our global marketing and communications initiatives.

We are seeking a motivated Marketing Intern to join our team for a 6-month term hybrid model with the possibility of extension. This role is an excellent opportunity for an emerging professional to gain comprehensive hands-on experience in a dynamic environment and actively contribute to our global marketing and communications initiatives.
In this role you will be an integral part of our marketing operations supporting the team across a variety of impactful projects:
- Event Management: Gain hands-on experience in planning and executing ten23 healths presence at industry conferences and trade shows. We will guide you through managing event calendars coordinating booths and speaking engagements and overseeing logistics and budget tracking.
- Corporate Events: Develop your project management skills by assisting with the production of webinars press gatherings and customer-focused events. You will learn the fundamentals of seamless supplier coordination and logistical execution.
- Professional Relationships: Work alongside our team to coordinate communications with key internal and external stakeholders. This is a great chance to expand your professional network while engaging with industry organizations strategic partners and sponsors.
- Public Relations: Dive into the world of PR with our support. You will assist in coordinating press releases managing media databases and learning how to effectively liaise with press agencies.
- Marketing Assets: Enhance your creative and editorial skills by supporting the coordination and editing of diverse marketing materials including website content brochures presentations and exhibition designs.
Your profile
We are looking for a proactive adaptable individual who is eager to learn and grow with us. The ideal candidate will bring:
- University degree in pharmaceutical science communications humanities.
- A strong interest in marketing principles. Familiarity with design software and Content Management Systems (CMS) is a valuable asset but not strictly required.
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks prioritize effectively and solve problems proactively.
- Excellent written and verbal English paired with strong interpersonal skills for building professional rapport.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining excellent time management.
