OOH Specialist
Job Summary
The purpose of this role is to support the planning and execution of OOH campaigns. The OOH Specialist provides daily operational support ensuring accurate delivery and coordination with internal teams and media partners. The role suits someone with initial media experience who is eager to grow within an OOH-focused team.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day OOH planning for strategic clients ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Collaborate with media owners to identify opportunities and build strong relationships that enhance planning effectiveness.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure the correct activation of campaigns applying best practices and internal procedures.
Monitor campaign performance and contribute to optimizations to ensure objectives and KPIs are met.
Prepare and update campaign reports and analyses providing valuable insights and operational recommendations.
Stay up to date on OOH industry trends and innovations suggesting ideas and improvements to tools and processes.
Requirements
Degree in Communication Marketing Advertising or related fields.
1 in media planning/buying preferably with exposure to OOH campaigns.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Proactive curious and solution-oriented mindset.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
Good knowledge of English.
