Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join long-term IT initiatives for a major public-sector organization in the Czech Republic. The role focuses on business and IT process analysis requirements gathering and close cooperation with internal stakeholders and IT teams.

Location: Prague Czech Republic (occasional office visits)
Language: English Czech or Slovak (B2 level)

Responsibilities:

Analyze and design business and IT processes
Gather structure and validate business requirements
Model processes using BPMN or similar notations
Prepare and maintain analytical and process documentation
Identify risks gaps and dependencies in business processes
Cooperate with business stakeholders architects and development teams
Support solution design and implementation from a business analysis perspective

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
Experience in IT insurance finance or large information systems environments
Strong knowledge of business process analysis and modeling
Hands-on experience with BPMN Visio or similar tools
Knowledge of UML ArchiMate or comparable modeling languages
Strong analytical thinking and structured approach
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
