About your manager
Adam Kele leads the German Financial Services Transformation Practice within Technology Consulting and brings 15 years of experience in technology strategy complex program delivery and system integration and transformation projects across the Central and Eastern European region. Adam is passionate about bridging the IT and business perspectives bringing a structured yet pragmatic approach to both business and delivery.
Job description & summary
As aSenior Operations Business Analyst you will take a key role in the analysis design coordination and delivery of digital and technologyenabled transformation projects.
You will work closely with senior client stakeholders and IT teams translating complex business needs into clear structured requirements and solution addition to handson analytical work you will actively contribute to delivery planning project governance and stakeholder alignment in agile or hybrid environments.
You are expected to take ownership of workstreams support decisionmaking and contribute to successful project outcomes while gradually growing into broader leadership responsibilities.
Requirements of the role
Completed studies in Economics Business Administration Business Informatics Business Engineering or comparable field
Minimum of 3 years experience in banking asset and wealth management or consulting sector with deep expertise in areas like credit or securities (completion of vocational training as bank clerk or working experience as business analyst preferred). In addition extensive expertise in core banking operations complemented by a deep understanding of back- and middle-office functions and activities along with project management skills.
A strong interest in exploring and applying new technologies to enhance efficiency and drive innovation with knowledge in integrating tech-driven solutions to streamline business processes and improve data-driven decision-making. Additionally has a strong affinity for tools such as business analytics RPA and process mining solutions.
