KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Support & Order Management
Manage complete order process for Finnish customers from start to finish
Assist wholesale clients via phone and email communications
Ensure seamless customer experience through proactive communication
Sales & Distribution Coordination
Support Finnish Sales Representatives with daily operations and trade fair activities
Coordinate priorities with European distribution center for efficient picking packing and shipping
Serve as central communication hub between multiple departments
Language & Administrative Support
Provide Finnish-language support across various company departments
Handle diverse ad hoc projects that support business operations
Assist other Scandinavian markets as needed
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
Required Qualifications
Fluency in Finnish (essential) and English. Understanding other Nordic languages is a plus.
Strong customer service orientation and min. 2-5 years of experience working in Customer Service
Excellent organizational coordination and communication skills
