GlobalConnect is looking for a Business Manager for Customer Lifecycle Management who will take responsibility for understanding analyzing and reducing churn. The role requires a profile that can work in a structured way with complex data generate clear insights and translate them into concrete initiatives across the organization.
If you have the following this job is for you
- Hold a university degree in economics business engineering or a related field
- Fluent in English and a Nordic language
- Can structure complex problems and generate clear insights
- Communicate effectively with both stakeholders and senior leadership
- Work in a structured manner and prioritize effectively
- Are goal-oriented professional and motivated by creating business value
- Bring a consulting mindset to problem solving and enjoy analyses and projects
- Experience from management consulting strategy or analytics
About the role
You will work closely with the business and senior leadership to identify the key drivers of churn and ensure that data and analysis are translated into actionable initiatives.
The role sits at the intersection of data strategy and execution where you will analyze data structure complex problems and lead initiatives that improve our customer lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze churn and customer lifecycle
- Structure complex datasets and identify business-critical insights
- Develop data-driven recommendations for stakeholders and leadership
- Coordinate and execute initiatives aimed at reducing churn and improving retention
- Collaborate across the organization with functions such as sales marketing customer success and leadership
- Ensure progress in strategic projects and prioritization of initiatives
