SPX FLOW in Silkeborg Denmark: Silkeborg is our Northern Europe hub for Service Project Execution. Youll collaborate closely with local engineering and service teams while working in a hybrid model. This role is based in Silkeborg with regular customer interaction across Northern Europe and short business trips (generally up to one week at a time).

About the role

As a Service Project Manager youll be the single point of contact for longterm Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with our customerstypically 15 years in duration. Youll own contract execution across Quality Time and Cost; steer risk and opportunities; coordinate interventions with service coordinators and managers; and ensure a firstclass customer experience. Youll also act as a commercial catalystidentifying upsell opportunities and feeding insights back to proposals for renewals.

Your key responsibilities

  • Lead a culture of Service Excellence and deliver positive customer satisfaction.
  • Manage multiple concurrent SLA projects (often 2530 in flight) from planning through financials (budget revenue margins) and reporting.
  • Be the main point of contact for customers: understand needs vs. wants run regular reviews (preservice postservice) and drive action logs to closure.
  • Coordinate service interventions across Northern Europe region and with teams spanning across Denmark Germany Poland Ireland and the UKpartnering with service coordinators and managers to deploy field teams safely and on time.
  • Oversee contract governance: change orders/variations compliance quality plans risk & opportunity management and continuous improvement to optimize asexecuted margins.
  • Support proposals for SLA extensions/renewals with factbased value propositions and feedback on scope/costing.
  • Identify and progress improvements/upgrade projects and share best practices; help customers with inventory/spares after interventions.

About you

  • Experience: 510 years in industrial environments (service maintenance technical sales or project coordination). Youre calm under pressure great at prioritizing and adept at longterm customer relationships.
  • Background: Technical/mechanical/fluidhandling exposure is important; a university degree is welcomed (engineering or equivalent) but strong practical experience carries weight. PMP is a plus.
  • Languages: English (mandatory) plus Danish highly preferred (local engineering team
  • Tools & ways of working: Project management mindset; budgeting reporting and contract management; SAP and MS Office familiarity. Comfortable in a matrix organization with adaptive communication and stakeholder influence.
  • Travel: Willing to travel 2025% typically short trips (up to one week) to customer sites.
  • Drivers license required.
