TheAES CEOperationsteamishiringaPortfolioAnalyticsAnalyst with a passion for the renewable or energy field. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to analyze and organize information develop capabilities and improve processes.Responsibilities will includefleetreporting database management fleet regulatory compliance oversight andautomationworkstream ownership.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Managedatacoordination with our financeaccounting and performancesoftware

  • Collaborate with various teams toidentifybuild out andfacilitatereportingtools and efficiency focused solutionsto support the financial asset management of the operating fleet

  • Oversee fleet regulatory reporting inclusive of FERC and otherconsolidatedfleet reporting

  • Assistin team automation workstreams and lead efforts where applicable to increase the automation across our processes

  • Asset Management data integrity management inclusive ofentry validation and maintenance ofAESapplications/tools

  • Manage databases totemplates formonthly quarterly and annualoperational revenue and cost metricreporting associated with the operational fleet

  • Support implementation and application of newsoftwares tools and systems

Desired Experience and Skills:

  • ExperienceutilizingCRM PMP BI and ERP systems accurately producing metrics and dashboards

  • Thorough experience working in SAP a strong plus

  • Pythonorother program language experience/competency

  • Demonstrated ability to read basic financial statements and project documents.

  • Strongproficiencywith MS Office tools and cloud-based document management systems

  • Ableto organize and prioritize workexercisecreative thinking skillsindependently research understand and implement knowledge in new areas

  • Exceptional organizational decision making/problem solving analytical and time management skills

  • Detail-oriented and self-motivatedwithstrong communicationskills

  • Passion for renewable energy industry and the ability to stay current with changing technologies regulations and trends influencing the continued adoption of renewable energy

Education:

  • BA/BS degree

  • 1-3years of relevant work experience

  • Degreeconcentration in business financeaccountingeconomicsenvironmental studiesand/or otherquantitative fields preferred

Working Conditions:

  • BasedinLouisville CO

  • Travel will bebetween offices and some travel to sites approximately 10%

The expected salary for this position at commencement of employment is between $71000 and $85850/Annual; however base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location job-related knowledge skills and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements such as annual bonus in addition to a full range of medical dental vision life financial and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits such as vacation sick time and parental leave) dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if a candidate receives an offer of employment. If hired employee will be in an at-will position and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time including for reasons related to individual performance Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
