Position: Human Resources Admin
Quantum Insights is a leading consulting firm that specializes in providing innovative solutions to businesses of all sizes. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Admin to join our team on a full-time basis.
In this role you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Human Resources department. Your main duties will include maintaining employee records assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes and handling general HR inquiries. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures as well as local state and federal regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records including personal information job details and benefits information
- Assisting with the recruitment process by posting job ads reviewing resumes and scheduling interviews
- Coordinating new hire onboarding including completing paperwork and conducting orientation sessions
- Responding to general HR inquiries and directing employees to the appropriate resources
- Assisting with employee performance evaluations and maintaining performance review records
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures as well as local state and federal regulations
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive employee information
- Assisting with employee training and development programs
- Coordinating employee events and activities
- Assisting with payroll processing and maintaining accurate payroll records
- Providing support to the HR team with various projects and tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field
- 2 years of experience in an HR administrative role
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
