Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain company files and records
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
- Assist with general office tasks such as answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Prepare and distribute company correspondence and documents
- Monitor and order office supplies
- Maintain office equipment and troubleshoot any issues
- Assist with data entry and report generation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Provide support to other departments as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Knowledge of data analytics or previous experience in a similar industry is a plus
