Position: Clerk General Administration

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Clerk General Administration. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills strong multitasking abilities and a proactive this role you will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry filing and answering phone calls
- Maintain and update company databases and records
- Prepare and distribute memos emails and other correspondence
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments
- Monitor and order office supplies as needed
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
- Provide support to other departments as needed
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proactive and able to anticipate needs
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills
