Position: Despatch Clerk

As a Despatch Clerk you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and timely delivery of our market research reports to our clients. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential in this role.

Responsibilities:

- Receive and process orders for market research reports from clients

- Prepare reports for delivery by printing collating and packaging them according to client specifications

- Coordinate with shipping companies to schedule and track deliveries

- Maintain accurate records of all orders and shipments

- Communicate with clients to provide updates on delivery status and address any issues or concerns

- Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies

- Ensure all orders are shipped in a timely and efficient manner

- Work closely with other team members to ensure a smooth flow of operations

- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with shipping software is a plus

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team setting

- Physical ability to lift and move packages up to 50lbs

- Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional weekends and evenings if needed
