We are hiring Customer Service Agents for international digital environments.
The role involves customer support service assistance and user communication in a fast-paced professional customer service setting.

Salary & Bonuses

  • Base salary: 930 per 14 months
  • Complexity bonus: 120 per 11 months
  • Accomodation offered

General Candidate Profile

  • Mandatory experience in paid campaign management with a solid background in Digital Marketing Degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Previous experience in a contact centre/service program within an Advertising Tech environment
  • Strong customer-oriented mindset social media fluency and ability to work both independently and in teams
