Work Model: OnSite

Work Schedule

Initial Schedule (12hour coverage):

  • Monday to Sunday 07:00 19:00
  • 2 shifts:
    • 07:00 16:00
    • 10:00 19:00

Later (Date TBC by Client):

  • 24/7 Rotative shifts (Monday to Sunday)
  • 2 rotative days off

Candidates must be comfortable transitioning to a 24/7 rotating schedule.

Role Overview

As a Marketing Customer Service Representative you will support Spanishspeaking clients with marketingrelated inquiries focusing on paid campaigns and performance analysis. This role requires strong analytical skills and handson experience with digital marketing tools.

Requirements (Mandatory)

  • Experience in paid campaign management
  • Degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Proven experience with Google Analytics
  • Fluent Spanish and good command of English
  • Ability to work onsite in Lisbon

No accommodation support candidates must already be located in Lisbon.

Salary & Compensation

  • Base Salary: 920 per month (paid over 14 months)
  • Additional Payment: 40 per month (paid over 11 months)
  • Bonus: N/A

    • Available from Day 1 (monthly contribution required)
    • Free after 6 months of contract
