Location: Lisbon Portugal Oriente (OnSite)

Contract Type: FixedTerm Contract (CDD) 6 months
About the Role
Are you passionate about digital marketing websites and online solutions
Join a global leader in the Search Engine & Website Solutions industry as a Technical Customer Support Specialist. In this role you will support Germanspeaking customers helping them build manage and optimize their online presence.
You will act as a trusted advisor delivering highquality customer support via phone email and chat.
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday: Rotational shifts between 06:00 22:00
- Days off: Saturday & Sunday
- Early shift support (06:00 start):
- Uber transportation covered up to 25.00
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical customer support for Website Solutions via phone email and chat
- Assist customers with website tools digital products and online services
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable technical or digital solutions
- Ensure timely followup and resolution of customer requests
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless support
- Maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction levels
Candidate Requirements
Language Skills
- German: C1/C2 (mandatory)
- English: B2 or higher
Experience & Knowledge
- Mandatory experience or strong knowledge in:
- Digital Marketing and/or
- Web Design / Website Solutions
- Strong interest in digital products and online technologies
Skills
- Excellent communication and problemsolving abilities
- Strong customerfocused mindset
- Ability to work in a fastpaced technical environment
- Comfortable using multiple digital tools and platforms
Salary & Benefits
- Base Salary: 1100 per month (paid over 14 months)
- Performance Bonus: 180 per month (paid over 12 months)
- Welcome Bonus: 3000

Important Notes
- The Welcome Bonus is paid in 12 monthly installments during the first year of employment
- Each installment is conditional on less than 6% unjustified absenteeism in the previous month
- The welcome bonus must not be presented as part of the fixed monthly salary
- From December onwards there is no retention bonus for Search Engine & Website Solutions projects
