Contract Type: FixedTerm Contract (CDD) 6 months

Are you passionate about digital marketing websites and online solutions

Join a global leader in the Search Engine & Website Solutions industry as a Technical Customer Support Specialist. In this role you will support Germanspeaking customers helping them build manage and optimize their online presence.

You will act as a trusted advisor delivering highquality customer support via phone email and chat.

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday: Rotational shifts between 06:00 22:00
  • Days off: Saturday & Sunday
  • Early shift support (06:00 start):
    • Uber transportation covered up to 25.00

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical customer support for Website Solutions via phone email and chat
  • Assist customers with website tools digital products and online services
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable technical or digital solutions
  • Ensure timely followup and resolution of customer requests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless support
  • Maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction levels

Candidate Requirements

Language Skills

  • German: C1/C2 (mandatory)
  • English: B2 or higher

Experience & Knowledge

  • Mandatory experience or strong knowledge in:
    • Digital Marketing and/or
    • Web Design / Website Solutions
  • Strong interest in digital products and online technologies

Skills

  • Excellent communication and problemsolving abilities
  • Strong customerfocused mindset
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced technical environment
  • Comfortable using multiple digital tools and platforms

Salary & Benefits

  • Base Salary: 1100 per month (paid over 14 months)
  • Performance Bonus: 180 per month (paid over 12 months)
  • Welcome Bonus: 3000

Important Notes

  • The Welcome Bonus is paid in 12 monthly installments during the first year of employment
  • Each installment is conditional on less than 6% unjustified absenteeism in the previous month
  • The welcome bonus must not be presented as part of the fixed monthly salary
  • From December onwards there is no retention bonus for Search Engine & Website Solutions projects
