DevOps Engineer FinTech
About the Role
We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to design implement and maintain scalable secure and high-availability infrastructure supporting our fintech platforms. You will work closely with engineering security and product teams to ensure reliable deployment pipelines cloud infrastructure optimization and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced financial technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support rapid and secure software releases.
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform CloudFormation etc.).
- Monitor system performance availability and security of mission-critical financial applications.

Automate deployment scaling and configuration management processes.
- Implement containerization and orchestration solutions (Docker Kubernetes).
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations security best practices and data protection standards.
- Collaborate with development teams to improve system reliability scalability and performance.
- Conduct incident response root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
- Atleast 5 years of experience in DevOps Site Reliability Engineering or Cloud Engineering.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP).
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins GitLab CI GitHub Actions etc.).

Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker Kubernetes).

Proficiency in scripting languages (Python Bash or similar).

Strong understanding of networking security and system architecture.
