Technical Customer Support Specialist German Speaking

Were looking for a German-speaking Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. This role is based in the office and focuses on supporting customers who use products and systems within the automotive and industrial manufacturing sector.

In this position youll be the person customers turn to when they need help. Youll listen carefully ask the right questions and work step by step to understand technical issues and guide customers toward a solution. Youll also work closely with internal teams to make sure every case is handled properly and professionally.

What Youll Do
Support German-speaking customers via phone email and internal ticketing tools
Help customers troubleshoot technical issues and understand how products work
Explain technical information in a clear practical and friendly way
Keep accurate notes of each interaction and the actions taken
Escalate more complex cases to specialized technical teams when needed
Work together with colleagues from engineering quality and other departments
Follow support processes while always keeping the customer experience in mind

What Were Looking For
Fluency in German is essential
Good working knowledge of English for internal communication
Experience in technical support customer support or a similar service role
Interest in technology automotive or industrial products
A calm structured approach to problem-solving
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
Comfort working in an office environment and as part of an international team
