This role is part of the Distribution Center Management Team and is to cover a maternity leave with potential to remain within the team in a leadership role once the original person returns.
WHAT YOUR NEW JOB WILL BE ABOUT
As our Planning & Support Manager you and your team play a vital role in ensuring a smooth cost-efficient and legally compliant operation. You will lead the strategy and execution within the areas of planning and administration.
Your core responsibilities will include:
Multidisciplinary Leadership: You will head three key departments within the Distribution Center (DC): Planning Administration and IT Support.
Strategic Planning: Overall responsibility for Inbound and Outbound planning across the DC working in close collaboration with Transport and Operations Managers.
Operational Support: Leading store support tasks to ensure seamless service across the entire DC network.
IT Excellence: Oversight of 1st level IT support for DC solutions including the testing and implementation of new systems.
Project Management: Supporting matrix organization projects and ensuring successful roll-outs at the local level.
Data & Analytics: Facilitating KPI and reporting implementation in collaboration with our Development and Controlling teams.
Financial Strategy: Facilitating the local DC budgeting process and the yearly Business Plan (Strategy) ensuring full alignment with global principles.

Mobility: This role involves approximately 25 travel days a year for meetings and collaboration.
Qualifications :
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING
Logistic Expertise: A solid background in Logistics and Supply Chain. A combination of practical experience and relevant education is highly preferred.
Proven Leadership: You are an experienced leader. Having a background in Planning is a significant plus.
Analytical Mindset: You are a data-driven individual who enjoys deep-diving into processes and making decisions based on facts.
Versatility: You thrive in a broad role where you can act as both a leader and a facilitator.
Stakeholder Management: You are excellent at building relationships and feel at home working with many different departments.
Proactive Ownership: You take full responsibility for deadlines and deliveries always staying one step ahead.
Communication: Professional-level English skills (both written and spoken) are essential for this international environment.
