DESCRIPTION

The National Accredited Systems Specialist plays a crucial role in safeguarding the companys data and technology infrastructure against unauthorized access cyberattacks and various security threats. The Specialist is responsible
to ensure AHE accredited systems compliance with the applicable regulations such as CCN and NATO to support classified information and provide technical assistance and support to other business areas.

Main activities and responsibilities:

  • Participate in the accredited systems strategy and management.
  • Collaborate with risk management and incident response.
  • Provide Technical Assistance in Regulatory Compliance and Classified Information (including classified security regulations and ENS NIS2 GDPR ISO 27001/2 and other applicable frameworks).
  • Advise on the life cycle of business and transformation projects ensuring that solutions platforms and services are designed under the principles of secure by design and zero trust.
  • Execute regulatory compliance tasks in security and privacy matters.
  • Achievement of new accredited systems and maintaining the current accreditations.
  • Internal audit the security controls and measures.
  • Collaborate with the suppliers and vendor assessment and supervision.
  • Ensure Product Security.
  • Dealing with the CCN (Spanish Cryptologic Centre) on accreditation processes and regulations as well as with the ONS (National Security Organisation) to keep up to date on applicable policy and regulations.
  • Participate in the Group and National strategies for accredited systems required in AHE.
  • Attend accreditations audits and respond to the requirements of our Authorities.
  • Security in Classified Environments: Manage and prepare the necessary documentation for the accreditation and operation of systems with classified information.
  • IT Systems and networks administration and hardening.
  • Risk Analysis and Management: Apply comprehensive security risk analysis methodologies and tools (such as MAGERIT Pilar INES) and define treatment plans to mitigate identified threats.
  • Preparation of Security Documentation: Draft review and maintain system security documentation (policies procedures standards security plans etc.).
  • Advice and Business Support: Provide expert advice to different business areas on the application of security regulations and the secure design of new IT services and projects in addition to providing support in cross-functional cybersecurity tasks required by the Security department.
  • IT Project Management: Participate in the monitoring of technology projects controlling the scope requirements risks configuration and deadlines from a cybersecurity perspective.
  • Promote the security culture (Training Awareness Cyber/Physical Security showrooms): Develop and execute training and awareness plans on cybersecurity and physical security for personnel.
  • Collaborate in the definition and implementation of physical security measures applicable to the systems.
  • Contribution to the Airbus Helicopters Spain Information Security Management System.
  • Support and advise business teams on cybersecurity-related matters throughout project lifecycles.
  • Ensure cooperation with key Airbus Helicopters stakeholders.

Skills:

  • Education in telecommunications or computer engineering or a related scientific-technical field.
  • At least 5 years of experience with proven experience with security policies and processes design and implementation.
  • CCN STIC ENS ISO 27001 NIST knowledge.
  • Experience in high-security environments and/or handling of classified information.
  • Project management skills to develop security plans manage security projects coordinate suppliers and collaborate with other departments.
  • High Communication skills and a team player able to work in an intercultural environment.
  • Skills in IT Systems Administration Networks AI and Digitalization is a plus.
  • Experience in auditing is a plus.
  • Technical knowledge of information security management and cybersecurity risks is a plus.
  • Knowledge of ISO 27001 ISO27005 EBIOS is a plus.
  • Languages: English and Spanish mandatory French is a plus.
