Job Summary

Are you passionate about building long-term client relationships and driving revenue through consultative selling Were looking for a German-speaking Business Development Representative to join an international team supporting a leading technology client in a cloud-based environment.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys uncovering business needs maximizing sales opportunities and acting as a trusted advisor to customers ranging from small and medium-sized businesses to senior decision-makers.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Build and manage long-term customer relationships using a consultative sales approach

  • Identify develop and close sales opportunities while meeting revenue targets

  • Recommend quote and negotiate solutions tailored to customer needs

  • Handle objections and guide customers through the decision-making process

  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline

  • Support SMBs advertising agencies and C-level contacts

  • Stay informed about trends in cloud-based technology and digital solutions

  • Work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams

What You Bring

  • 1 year of experience in sales business development or account management

  • Proven ability to prospect negotiate and close deals

  • Experience engaging with decision-makers and building partnerships

  • Basic understanding of cloud-based software or technology solutions

  • Fluent German (minimum B2/C1 level) and fluent English (minimum B2 level)

  • Solution-oriented mindset with strong communication skills

  • Based in Krakow or willing to relocate
