Job Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for an experiencedLearning & Development Advisor tojoin our Learning Team and support our business through asignificant changeinitiative.

You will create inclusive and supportive learning environments that build capabilityconfidenceand resilience working closely with leaders change teams and our wider people team as well as others across the business.

The Benefits

  • Salary up to 41271 per annum depending on skills and experience

The Role

As Learning & Development Advisor you willbe responsible for:

  • Designingand deliveringimpactful change readiness workshopsand learning experiencesaligned toorganisational transformation initiatives.
  • Facilitatingengaging learning sessions that support individuals and teams through change.
  • Partneringwith stakeholders to understand change impacts and learning needs across the organisation.
  • Translatingcomplex change and business concepts into practical learner-focused experiences.
  • Creatingpsychologically safe learning environments that encourage participationreflectionand open discussion.
  • Evaluatinglearning effectiveness and continuously improvingcontent and delivery approaches.

About You

Werelooking for someonewho isadaptable and pro-active flexible in responding to changing needs and proactive in spotting a great team-workercollaborating effectively with colleagues and other stakeholders.

We would love to hear fromyou ifyouhavethe followingexperienceand skills:

Essential:

  • Experience in learning and development training facilitation or organisational development
  • Proven ability to design and deliver engaging workshops or training programs
  • Strong facilitation skills with the ability to create a psychologically safe learning environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfort working in change environments and supporting people through uncertainty.
  • Knowledge of current L&D trends and practices
  • Experience delivering change-related learning or working on transformation programs
  • Knowledge of change management methodologies and models

Desirable:

  • Experience with virtual and blended learning delivery
  • Experience working in financial servicesor other regulatedenvironments
  • Ability to create eLearning content and manage through a Learning Management System
  • Accredited Insights Discovery practitioner (accreditation will be funded if not held)
  • Experience managing supplier relationships
