CRM Director Marketing London or Barcelona

King is looking to hire a CRM Director to lead the development of world-class lifecycle communications across one of our biggest franchises. This role plays a key part in driving engagement retention and player value by shaping how we communicate with millions of players every day.

Your role within our Kingdom
The CRM Director role is designed to lead the strategy planning and delivery of personalised insight-led player communications across the full lifecycle. Working across Marketing Product and Analytics you will build CRM programmes that enhances the player experience supports game and feature strategies and drives sustainable business growth.

Your responsibilities:
Lead the development of the CRM strategy and lifecycle roadmap ensuring communications are timely relevant and grounded in player insight
Partner closely with Product and Analytics teams to identify lifecycle opportunities and translate them into effective CRM programmes
Oversee the planning and execution of onboarding engagement and retention campaigns across CRM channels
Set and embed best practices across segmentation automation experimentation and messaging frameworks
Manage coach and grow a high-performing CRM team creating clear development paths and craft excellence
Work with marketing and creative partners to ensure CRM messaging complements broader marketing and brand comms initiatives
Collaborate with Martech and Tech teams to evolve tools workflows and capabilities that enable scale and personalisation
Track performance measure impact and share regular insights across the business to help inform decision-making

As part of the Marketing Communications team you will join a collaborative curious and player-focused environment where your ideas will be every bit as valued as your expertise.

Key Skills
You have a passion for player behaviour and how personalised communications can meaningfully improve the player experience. You should also have:
10 years of experience in CRM lifecycle marketing or related digital marketing disciplines ideally in gaming / mobile gaming
Strong understanding of segmentation behavioural targeting automation and test-and-learn frameworks
Experience defining CRM strategy and building multi-year roadmaps rooted in insight and player needs
Demonstrated ability to lead and grow teams with a focus on coaching and craft development
Experience working cross-functionally with analytics product and creative teams
Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity be accountable for CRM impact reporting and presentation to senior stakeholders
Comfortable working to deadlines and balancing multiple priorities
Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and support a wide range of partners
Proficiency with CRM or marketing automation platforms and with tools such as Excel or data visualisation tools
A meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality delivery
