Job Summary

Are you a hands-on finance professional who thrives in operational environments and enjoys partnering with the business to make the numbers make sense

An exciting opportunity exists for an Operational Financial Manager to take ownership of the full financial operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the details strengthening controls supporting teams and driving accurate and meaningful financial reporting across multiple entities.

What Were Looking For:

Bachelors degree in Finance / Accounting
Professional qualification (BCom / SAIPA / CIMA advantageous)
Minimum 5 years financial management experience
Media industry experience advantageous
Exposure to UK and African markets beneficial
Strong ERP experience (Navision advantageous) and advanced Excel
Detail-driven deadline-oriented and operationally focused
Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills
