Job Summary
Are you a hands-on Business Analyst who enjoys getting stuck into complex retail and supply chain environments Were looking for a senior-level BA to join a retail client on a contract basis to support business-critical initiatives.
- Shape and plan the BA approach across strategic initiatives
- Facilitate engaging workshops and stakeholder sessions
- Translate business needs into clear actionable requirements
- Analyse and improve business processes
- Drive successful UAT and solution adoption
Key requirements
- Certification in Business Analysis
- 8 years experience
- Proven retail industry expertise
- Strong Supply Chain / Distribution Centre experience
- Solid experience across Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Comfortable working in fast-paced delivery-oriented environments
