Lead Toddler Teacher (2-Year-Old Classroom)
Location: The Learning Experience Oak Creek WI
Pay: $16$18 per hour
The Learning Experience Oak Creek is seeking an experienced and caring Lead Toddler Teacher to guide our 2-year-old classroom. This role is ideal for an early childhood educator who enjoys supporting young toddlers as they build independence language skills and social-emotional development in a structured play-based environment.
What Youll Do:
- Lead a 2-year-old classroom in a safe nurturing and developmentally appropriate environment
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities aligned with the L.E.A.P. curriculum
- Support early language development motor skills and social-emotional growth
- Maintain consistent routines including meals diapering or toileting transitions and rest time
- Observe and document developmental progress
- Communicate regularly with families regarding daily routines and milestones
- Guide and support assistant teachers to maintain classroom consistency
- Maintain compliance with Wisconsin childcare licensing and school standards

Qualifications:
- Experience working in an early childhood education setting required
- Lead Teacher qualified under Wisconsin childcare licensing preferred
- High school diploma or GED required
- Early Childhood Education coursework or degree a plus
- Previous toddler classroom experience strongly preferred
