Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the organizations maintenance management system including data accuracy updates and user support.
- Oversee intranet webpage content ensuring information is current well-organized and aligned with company standards.
- Create revise and maintain operational processes and procedures to support efficiency consistency and compliance.
- Enter and maintain lease details and related data within the real estate management system ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with Concur expense reporting including data entry troubleshooting and user support as needed.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather information resolve issues and support operational initiatives.
- Maintain documentation and records in accordance with company policies and best practices.
Qualifications
- Experience with maintenance real estate or enterprise management systems preferred.
- Familiarity with intranet platforms and content management systems.
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to document and improve processes and procedures.
- Experience supporting expense management systems such as Concur is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or similar productivity tools.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
