Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the organizations maintenance management system including data accuracy updates and user support.
  • Oversee intranet webpage content ensuring information is current well-organized and aligned with company standards.
  • Create revise and maintain operational processes and procedures to support efficiency consistency and compliance.
  • Enter and maintain lease details and related data within the real estate management system ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist with Concur expense reporting including data entry troubleshooting and user support as needed.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather information resolve issues and support operational initiatives.
  • Maintain documentation and records in accordance with company policies and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Experience with maintenance real estate or enterprise management systems preferred.
  • Familiarity with intranet platforms and content management systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to document and improve processes and procedures.
  • Experience supporting expense management systems such as Concur is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or similar productivity tools.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
