Service Streams Telecommunications division are currently seeking aPayments Controllerto join our team to administer the sub-contractor payments process within the nbn Field Module contract.

Nature of position: Permanent Full Time

Location: Melbourne VIC

Reporting Line: Manager - Subcontractor Payments

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure SOIP and RCTI are delivered within commercial parameters and timeframes

• Liaise with client representatives to ensure all correspondence is coordinated accurately

• Update and maintain accurate data relating to payments and invoicing

• Liaise with subcontractors and Service Stream field personnel to ensure payments are submitted correctly and all necessary approvals/documentations are present

• Provide prompt response and resolution to queries

• Compile data reports

• Assist the wider finance team to meet all end of month deadlines including reconciliations

About You

• Previous experience in a similar position is highly desired

• Experience in an office environment including administration data entry and filing

• Good understanding of the Telecommunications industry

• Previously experience in meeting client demands/needs is desired

• Excellent organisation skills with a high level of attention to detail

• Well developed communications skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
