Position Overview
We are seeking a sharp driven Project Manager to support ground-up industrial and commercial construction projects. This role is ideal for someone who understands construction drawings thrives in a fast-paced office environment and wants hands-on exposure to large-scale projects involving banks municipalities engineers and consultants. This is a highly visible role with significant growth potential for someone who brings strong fundamentals urgency and ownership.
The Ideal Candidate
Understands construction drawings and plans without hand-holding
Smart quick and highly organized
Strong written and verbal communicator
Comfortable in a high-pressure high-accountability environment
Hungry to learn grow and take on increasing responsibility
Direct confident and able to push projects forward
Key Responsibilities
Review and interpret construction plans and drawings
Coordinate with architects engineers consultants and agencies
Track approvals submissions and project documentation
Support multiple active projects simultaneously
Communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners
Maintain organized records and project timelines
Qualifications & Must-Haves
Prior experience in construction development or related field
Ability to read and understand construction plans (non-negotiable)
Strong writing and professional communication skills
In-office availability (this role is not remote or hybrid)
