Here at Redwood House in Broadstone Poole we provide a supported living service for young adults aged 18 to 35 with learning disabilities ASD and other health needs. This is a fantastic opportunity to support some amazing people! As a Support Worker with Potens youll do more than just work a shift youll help create joy independence and new opportunities for the people we support.

What youll be doing:

• Promoting and supporting independent living skills.
• Encouraging choice and involvement.
• Facilitating access to community activities.
• Supporting with a small amount of personal care.
• Shifts will take place between the hours of 8 am and 10 pm and will include a mixture of days and evenings. Shifts may at times start at 7am.
• Working every other weekend.

Who you are:

• Flexibility is needed to work across all shift patterns.
• Highly motivated with a can do attitude.
• Team player.
• Willing to learn.
• Experience preferred but not essential.
• Must be a Driver with a full licence due to service needs.
