An established fintech organisation is seeking a Senior Sales professional to drive revenue growth across institutional and enterprise clients. This role focuses on building strategic relationships managing complex sales cycles and expanding market share in a competitive financial technology environment.
Responsibilities
Own and deliver against regional revenue targets across assigned territories or verticals.
Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise opportunities within banks asset managers brokers and financial infrastructure providers.
Lead complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders including technology compliance and procurement teams.
Collaborate with product marketing and pre-sales teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting within CRM systems.
Qualifications
6 years of B2B sales experience within fintech capital markets technology or financial data solutions.
Strong understanding of financial markets workflows APIs SaaS or trading infrastructure.
Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in a consultative sales environment.
Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Day-to-day
Engage with prospective clients through meetings calls and industry events.
Manage and progress a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
Prepare proposals RFP responses and commercial terms.
Coordinate internal teams to support demonstrations and proof-of-concepts.
Update forecasts and provide weekly pipeline reporting.
