Job Responsibilities:
- Provide chat support to patients seeking urgent care or family medicine services at Immediate Medical Care.
- Answer inquiries provide information and offer assistance to patients in a professional and efficient manner.
- Assist with appointment scheduling insurance verification and general inquiries related to medical services.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and accurate responses in the chat support platform.
Essential Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Excellent customer service orientation with a focus on providing a positive patient experience.
- Proficiency in using chat support software and other digital communication tools.
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and the healthcare industry.
- Ability to multitask prioritize workload and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Experience:
Up to 1 year of experience in a customer service support role.
