Job Summary

Exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing Omaha business founded by a visionary leader and provide wisdom experience and a steady hand as the business takes off and is a small business today (under $10m revenue with excellent margins) that has the potential to grow to the $30-50m range within the next few years with the right leadership and focus.

Lead a small loyal and high caliber team hungry for direction and the wisdom that only comes with experience spanning operations project managers sales and finance
Work closely with a visionary founder and sift through his ideas to determine what to implement and what to deflect
Gain expertise on how the business makes money and wins customer loyalty and build a vision and processes that allow the company to continue to grow and win profitability for decades to come
Assist each employee to help them reach peak efficiency helping operations optimize processes and sales win more deals while empowering them to run autonomously as quickly as possible

Work for an entrepreneur who has an excellent reputation in Nebraska and a track record of an organization with strong financial backing and the resources to implement the systems and processes and hire the team that will allow the company to scale and reach full a strong base salary cash incentives and work with the founder to build a LTI plan that allows you to grow financially with the business.
