Were looking for a driven Outside Sales Representative to own and grow the Dallas territory building strong customer relationships while expanding our footprint with new accounts.
Essential Functions
- Own your territory manage and grow existing accounts while aggressively developing new business
- Be in front of customers uncover needs recommend solutions and become a trusted partner
- Hunt and grow source new opportunities through prospecting cold calling and referrals
- Hit the numbers meet or exceed revenue and margin goals with the support of experienced leadership
- Sell solutions not SKUs recommend hose pipe and related products based on real-world applications
- Problem-solve in the field investigate customer challenges and deliver practical value-driven solutions
- Stay sharp keep up with industry trends products and best practices
- Collaborate internally work closely with operations customer service and technical teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Stay organized maintain accurate records quotes and customer interactions
Experience Education and Skills
- 2 years of industrial sales experience (hose pipe fluid power or related industries preferred)
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable working in industrial environments
- Strong communicator who can build credibility with plant managers maintenance teams and buyers
- Self-motivated organized and able to work independently
- Bachelors degree preferred (HS Diploma or GED required)
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel within the territory
