Were looking for an ambitious Digital Marketing Executive to help drive demand grow pipeline and support campaign delivery across our SaaS and services portfolio.

Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager within our shared services function youll play a key role in building executing and optimising multi-channel marketing campaigns. This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional ready to take the next step in their career within a purpose-driven organisation.

Using HubSpot as your core platform youll deliver demand-generation activity across search social email web paid media and events owning campaign execution reporting and continuous optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan deliver and optimise multi-channel digital campaigns (email social paid media web events)

  • Create engaging digital content including web copy blogs email campaigns social posts and paid ad creatives

  • Support website updates landing page optimisation and SEO best practices

  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using HubSpot and Looker Studio

  • Support lead nurturing remarketing and retention-focused campaigns

  • Assist with paid media activity including PPC display and social advertising

  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels and content

  • Support marketing automation segmentation and customer journey workflows

  • Collaborate with marketing product and wider business teams

  • Identify opportunities to test improve and optimise campaigns and processes

  • Ensure all digital outputs meet quality compliance and data protection standards

What Youll Bring

  • Strong hands-on experience using HubSpot (landing pages workflows emails reporting segmentation)

  • A customer-first commercially minded approach

  • Experience delivering high-performing multi-channel marketing campaigns

  • Solid understanding of SEO and digital marketing best practice

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insight

  • Experience with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Confidence using automation content marketing and stakeholder engagement

Desirable experience includes:

  • SaaS or services marketing

  • Trade shows and events

  • Webinar platforms (e.g. Teams Webinars StreamYard)

  • ABM and personalised messaging strategies

  • A/B testing and campaign optimisation

  • Familiarity with tools such as Zendesk and AI-powered marketing tools

About You

  • At least 4 years experience in a marketing role

  • A strong understanding of the marketing mix and customer funnel

  • Energetic positive and proactive

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced evolving environment

  • Confident presenting ideas and insights to senior stakeholders

  • A collaborative team player who isnt afraid to challenge the status quo

  • Driven by data customer value and continuous improvement
