We are growing our commercial capability and are seeking a talented Senior Sales & Specifications Manager to join our team.
The Role
As a Senior Sales & Specifications Manager you will take ownership of driving strategic sales growth leading sales initiatives and managing complex solutionbased sales cycles. You will work closely with senior stakeholders both internally and externally to match customer needs with our technical solutions while ensuring high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the sales team in product and solutionbased selling.
Receive and review RFQs/RFIs for products and spare parts; develop technical specifications and quotations.
Plan prepare and execute strategic deals within complex sales cycles.
Match customer requirements to effective and tailored technical solutions.
Gather analyse and document competitive intelligence.
Meet KPIs and performance expectations set by the General Manager/Headquarters.
Collaborate with teams in the UK and Finland regarding project requirements.
Utilise expertise in antifouling technologies (ICCP MGPS USP) to support customer needs.
Qualifications & Requirements
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Creative proactive and confident in customerfacing scenarios.
Willingness to travel and be stationed overseas for up to one month at a time.
